I started at 293 pounds, could hardly walk for 15 minutes on the treadmill. Then I met Keisha ! She made me sign a paper towel that I would commit to myself and be consistent. meal plans to fit my picky eating habits and workout plans to help me not only lose weight but keep curves .Keisha always encouraged me and listened to my challenges to help in my success. I wasn’t always consistent but she would say ok let’s get back on track . I lost over 50 pounds and I can walk 3 miles in 50 mins ! Needless to say I always tell her I’m a client for life !
